3. Deposits & Payments

4. Permits & Inspections

Unless otherwise specified in writing, permits, engineering, inspections, or municipal approvals may be the responsibility of the property owner.

5. Project Timelines

Ace Builds is not responsible for delays outside reasonable control.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Ace Builds offers a workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

Manufacturer product defects
Normal wear and tear
Improper maintenance
Damage caused by third parties
Structural movement or settling
Pre-existing issues hidden behind walls, floors, or ceilings

Product warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

7. Site Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable site access, utilities, and safe working conditions.

Children and pets should be kept away from active construction areas for safety reasons.

8. Property Protection

Ace Builds takes reasonable precautions to protect the property during work; however, renovation and construction work may create dust, noise, vibrations, and temporary disruptions.

Clients are encouraged to remove valuables and fragile items from work areas before construction begins.

9. Media & Marketing

Ace Builds may photograph completed work for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

No sensitive personal information will be shared publicly.
